Despite trying to play Rooney in the Merseyside derby, Peter manages to take the weekly prize with 5 pts, followed closely by Byron with a more than useful 4 pts. Next comes Pedro with a handy 3 pts, with Josh and Annie following on with 2 and 1 pts respectively. No show from Ken who I think may be away.
This leaves the overall table much the same, save for Byron who is off the bottom
Peter 29 Pedro 26 Annie 23 Josh 22 Byron 13 Ken 12
Please check your scores, as the part time scorer has been losing the plot lately, which he blames on Kirsty Gallacher mesmerising him with her dancing moves
Once again I have forgotten so I missed the first game which I would have put 1-1 and Benteke but here are the other two matches which have not started yet:
Everton 1 vs 2 Manchester United
First Goalscorer : Memphis
Manchester City 2 vs 0 Bournemouth
First Goalscorer : De Bruyen
Well Sterling has had a big impact on today's proceedings and with Ken and Peter both picking him as they're first goalscorer they are the beneficiary's of a fantastic week for young Raheem.
Weekly Table
Peter – 6pts Ken - 5pts Pedro - 4pts Josh – 2pts Byron - 2pts Annie - 1pt
Peter continue in his great vein of form and takes the weekly honours once again with a grand score of 6pts he is showing no signs of slowing down, Giz us a chance! - Ken picks up a lovely 5pts today which helps his cause as he has been in the rear early on but a few more weeks like this one will shoot him right back up in to contention. Pedro who is always consistent picks up 4pts however he seems to have a fight on for the position he loves to hold. Josh & Byron slumber this week and can't seem to find any real form recently and only manage to pick up 2pts and after having a few good weeks Annie's honeymoon is over and comes crashing right back down to earth, However our dashing filly is not one to be ruled out and can strike at any given moment.
Overall Table
Peter 35 Pedro 30 Annie 24 Josh 24 Ken - 17 Byron 15
No significant change in the running order as Ken leapfrogs Byron to send him bottom and Josh joins Annie in the midfield however all still to play for as we are still in the early stages of the season, Heads down for next week as we have some big games coming up, Rest will be needed for next weeks fixtures.
Thank you all for your continued participation
Cheers Josh!

Annie – 6pts
Byron – 3pts
Ken – 3pts
Pedro – 2pts
Peter – 2pts
Josh – 1pt
Annie comes bouncing right back to storm away with the weekly honours a great point scoring tally on a difficult week , Byron and Ken both with respectable 3pts, Pedro and Peter pick up 2pts on a rare bad week for them and Josh continues in shocking form and only picks up 1pt.
Overall Table
Peter - 37pts
Pedro - 32pts
Annie - 30pts
Josh - 25pts
Ken - 20pts
Byron - 18pts
No change in the order but after Annie's fine week she is right on Pedro's tail as Peter still maintains a healthy lead at the top of the table. Other than that it's how we we're as we head into another game week.
Thank you all for your continued participation
Cheers Josh
