morning annie...i think your browser has been reset perhaps through a recent update...try clicking on log in and then click lost account info...then complete the account information retrieval...fingers crossed

if that does not work then it is a head scratcher...josh was able to help last time as it was on the old site...there is not a lot that can be done on here bar monitor posts and change some features

 

if no joy with that think you should create a new email address and register again with a new password...a quick new email can be created if you google outlook

Thanks Pedro- I hadnt seen the previous message-  I havnt changed anything on this computer as far as Im aware but found one day I couldnt access any site for which I had a password- they all re appeared by themselves except for us.

Alls well and all that and farewell to Ms Mouse biggrin

all's well then annie...good work...had something similar happen a while back when updating me browser to the latest version...had all my passwords stored (remember me i think it's called) and yikes they were no longer stored...after some hours frustration managed to get most recovered...it would be much easier if we could use the same password on all sites but in this day and age that would be asking for big trouble if anyone hacked our computa...glad it's all sorted biggrin
