Another low scoring day in the contest.

Daily Table

Annie - 2pts
Josh - 1pt
Utkan - 1pt
Peter - 1pt


Pedro comes out on top and takes 1pt out of Roy's lead , Roy as usual is not to far way and is 1pt behind today finishing up on 2pts , Ken and Annie also score 2pts on a tough day with Josh , Utkan and Peter all getting 1pt on the scorecard.

Peter - 33pts
Utkan - 30pts
Annie - 29pts
Ken - 13pts

Not much to report on today with Roy only being pegged back by 1pt he still has a healthy lead over his closest opponent Pedro , Annie closes up to within 1pt on Utkan. Other than that a really quiet day for all of us.

As we move on to the last round of Group stage fixtures there will be 4 games a day 2 kicking off at 5pm and 2 kicking off at 9pm

THATS MORE LIKE IT!! - Some nice points on the board for most today.

Daily Table

Utkan - 8pts biggrin

Roy - 6pts
Peter - 6pts

Annie - 3pts

Utkan strikes late and steals the lead from myself with 100% of points collected from Brazil's 4-1 win over Cameroon , Well Done , I take 2nd spot today with a decent 7pts , Roy is not too far of the daily honours taking 6pts , Peter also scores a nice 6pts today , Alongside Ken who collects 6pts aswell on a good day , Pedro takes 4pts averaging a point per game. Annie brings up the rear end of the field today on 3pts but a good day on the predicting side of things.


Overall Table

Josh - 42pts
Peter - 39pts
Utkan - 38pts
Annie - 32pts
Ken - 19pts


Roy still holds a healthy advantage over the chasing pack with an 8pt lead , However with games coming up thick and fast as the group stages come to a close they're is still time to change it all , Josh moves up to dispute 2nd place with his Papa Pedro , Then 3pts back is Peter and he has Utkan heavily breathing down his neck , Utkan once again kicks away from Annie he now has a nioe 6pt lead over Annie after today's performances , And Ken is slowly trying a late revival but will need a lot to go his way to get anywhere near the lead in this contest.

Greece surprisingly eliminate Ivory-Coast with a last minute penalty , Let's see how much affect that has had on the daily scores.

Roy the overall leader takes the daily honors with 5pts , Josh takes 2nd place today with 3pts with Annie and Peter just behind me on 2pts and Utkan finishing up on 1pt , And Pedro has a really poor day scoring only 1pts aswell as coming down with a sickness bug.

Roy now takes his overall lead at the top of the tables to an impressive 10pts , Josh now takes full advantage of Pedro's mishap and takes 2nd place overall with 45pts he has kicked 2pts infront of Pedro who makes no move today and stays in 3rd on 42pts , Peter is on his tail back in 4th on 41pts , Utkan is 5th on 39pts , Annie closes up ever so slightly today on Utkan but still sits in 6th 5pts behind Utkan on 34pts and Ken decides not to play and still sits in last on 19pts.
