Seeing Neymar injured last night was truly shocking- whats with all this pushing and shoving and trying to cause injuries..what happened to skill ?

Pleased to hear he should be ok in a few weeks and doesnt need surgery but will have to be immobilised-  big shame  he wont be taking any more part

Indeed it was Annie , It is sad to see but that is Football , Sometimes it all gets a bit to heated up and rash tackles come flying in as , Sad to also see Brazil will be missing their hitman against the Germans and also there captain , In my opinion Brazil will have to do very well to progress to the final in the situation they find themselves in.

I'm defiantly going to have one of my Ante-Post outright winning bets in the Final , As my bets we're Argentina & Netherlands , And they will play out a semi final!

On a day when Belgium and Costa Rica departed the competition with their heads held firmly high due to the efforts they put in here is how the Daily affairs look.

Daily Table

Utkan takes the daily honours with a 0-0 draw in the Netherlands-Costa-Rica game , Peter scores a very respectable 3pts with the Argentina game , and Ken is the last point scorer of today with 1pt , Annie , Pedro , Josh and Roy score 0pts on a tough day.


Overall Table

Pedro - 66pts
Utkan - 63pts
Peter - 58pts
Annie - 50pts
Ken - 32pts


Not much of a change in the overall standings as Utkan gets in to a little bit closer contention to the Father and Son battle , Whips are being draw but no real response as of yet as we head in to the last 4 games of the tournament.

Pedro and Utkan share the daily honours as the first semi final draws to a really surprising close both scoring a very healthy 3pts , Josh and Annie not too far behind on 2pts , Peter picks up a point and Ken and Roy draw a blank today.

As they head towards the final 3f of this marathon of a contest , Riders are all jolting around now and there is no room for prisoners , Pedro bumps Josh out of the way and moves ahead of him by 1l , Utkan trys to go with them and is latching on to them with still a hope of chasing down long time leader Roy , Josh is also still in there fighting after scoring 2pts today and is not out of it , Peter gives his mounts continuous smacks in a desperate attempt to draw closer to the lead , Annie and Ken are fighting on but look like beaten horses at this stage. They all still have one goal nonetheless and that is too hunt down and overhaul Roy.
