So as we go out onto the final circuit it’s PETER with a healthy lead as ANNIE begins to shape like a non-stayer having momentarily held the lead, your scorer has gone off in pursuit of the front two under a patient ride with AL seemingly on a none going month. However as we know anything can happen in the latter stages and it probably will.

Our leader seems to have lost a shoe and the jockey his whip as he drops back towards the other runners and the possible non-stayer retakes the lead as we enter the last couple of furlongs.

Could be an exciting final couple of days.

Now it gets interesting, AL finds a place but is quickly pulled up as if amiss, stamina is definitely an issue for the only mare in the race who drifts back after just edging ahead earlier. The scorer strikes with a winner and a couple of placed efforts to move ahead under a confident ride.

Three in with a chance entering the final furlong.
