How about a little competition for the knock out phase?

It would be 15 matches - 8 plus QF, SF and Final.

scored like the PL competition 

I'll put the matches up when the fixt are settled.

...can any of these 8 play each other, if you see what I mean..rather than in groups- like Ive put Italy v Belgium- is this feasible ??- how are the semi finals decided ?
