Im having to do some research about every game but could you put a few words about the matches for me, for instance I dont know which can end in draws/replays /aggregates, you could say something like team A has to win by 2 to go through that sort of thing.

Josh..could I make a suggestion about the goal scorers

how about giving points for the scorers as a seperate thing , not just with the correct score-

say 2 points if you get the first scorer- regardless of match result , and 1 point if they score at anytime, something like that

Okay Annie , I can try and give a little bit of information about each team.

Everyone will now get 2pts for first goalscorer and 1pt if the player you have selected scores at any time throughout the game.

As well as 5 pts for a clean sweep.

Hello Annie , During the Group Stages - Each team in the group plays each other just once and the two teams with the most points will qualify from the group in to the knockout stages of the tournament and from there its one match and penalties if needed in the matches.

With only 1 game being played thus far Pedro and Peter have broken out of the stalls well and have taken a front running role as they lead Josh , Roy and Annie in the early stages of this month long contest

Day 2 of the FIFA World Cup

Mexico vs Cameroon 

Note : Both of these teams look to be the weaker ones in Group A so it could be vital for one of these teams to take a nice early 3pts and could do a lot for them , Neither of these teams looked to dangerous on the journey to qualifying for the world cup , The bookies have Mexico as slight favourites in this game but it looks sure to be a close one.

 

Spain vs Netherlands 

Note : Two of the big dogs meet in the here in the first game to take place in Group B and it is sure to be a mouthwatering clash with so many worldwide names taking to the pitch to do battle for their respected national teams , Spain holders of the world cup are favourites to progress as group winners however Netherlands should not be taken lightly at any costs. Bookies make Spain odds-on favourites for this one.

 

Chile vs Australia

 

Note : A horse called Australia was a worthy winner of the derby last week but in the World Cup Australia are the rank outsiders of the tournament , Chile are not to be treated lightly and could easily upset either Spain or Netherlands and progress through Group B as potential dark horses , Bookies make Chile odds on favourites with Australia being offered at 9/1 to cause an upset here.
